1. Services

ChudiCorp.com provides analytics, consulting, and insight services. Deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

2. Payment

Services are one-time purchases. Each agreed GBP quote is the full price. ChudiCorp is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Stripe processes payments; work and delivery are arranged manually. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals in V1. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

Deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. ChudiCorp retains the right to use anonymised versions for portfolio and marketing purposes where permission is granted.

4. Limitation of Liability

ChudiCorp.com provides insights and recommendations. Implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the application of our recommendations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
