Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of accepting and paying your quote, without giving a reason.

2. Starting work early

We only start work within the 14 days if you ask us to. If you then cancel, we refund the price minus a fair amount for work already done.

3. After delivery

Once the deliverable has been fully handed over, the service is complete and no refund is due, unless it was not delivered as agreed.

4. If we cannot deliver

If ChudiCorp cannot deliver the agreed service, you receive a full refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email chudinwachukwu@gmail.com with your request reference (for example CC-2026-XXXXXXXX). Approved refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment card.

6. VAT

ChudiCorp is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. The agreed quote is the full price.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
